Grexy User Agreement

• We will never track your location, ever. We built Grexy without GPS integrations and location permissions on purpose, so your wandering routes stay completely private to you.
• We will never access, view or share any of your saved spots, photos, notes or tags. All your content is stored locally on your own device, we don't even have cloud servers that hold your memories.
• We will never stuff the app with ads, algorithmic feeds or random popups. We'll keep the interface clean, simple and focused entirely on helping you save your favorite city corners.
• We will never add unnecessary complicated features that take away from the casual exploration vibe. All future updates will be small, useful and focused on your needs as an urban wanderer.

• Use the app completely for free, no sign-ups, no logins, no personal information required. Download it and start saving spots immediately, no hoops to jump through.
• Full ownership of every single thing you save in Grexy. You can edit, delete, share or export your entries any way you want, no restrictions from us.
• Send us feature requests, feedback, funny spot names you came up with, or even photos of your favorite finds any time you want. We love hearing from you!
• Customize your spot tags, names and collections any way you like. There's no "right" way to label your city discoveries, make it completely your own.

• Please don't use Grexy to save content that violates other people's privacy, or that promotes harm to public spaces, communities or small businesses.
• Please don't modify, repackage or sell Grexy or any of its features for profit. We built this as a free tool for the exploration community, and we'd love to keep it accessible for everyone.
• Please don't use Grexy to spam or send unsolicited content to other people. This is a personal scrapbook tool, keep it kind and focused on your own exploration memories.

• As we mentioned before, 100% of everything you save in Grexy belongs to you. We don't claim any rights over your photos, tags, spot names or collections at all.
• We recommend you back up your Grexy content regularly! Since everything is stored on your device, if you delete the app, lose your phone or break it, we won't be able to recover your memories for you.
• If you share your Grexy finds on social media, we'd be absolutely thrilled if you tag us! But it's completely optional, no pressure at all.

• We will roll out occasional app updates to fix bugs, add small new features, or improve performance. You can choose to skip updates if you prefer the old version, it will keep working just fine.
• If for any reason we ever have to stop supporting Grexy in the future, we will give you 6 full months advance notice, and add a simple one-click export feature so you can save all your content before the app stops working.
• If we ever make big changes to how the app works, we'll notify you inside the app first, and explain exactly why we made the change, so there's no surprises.
